Connection closed Session terminated

Hi there,
We have Ds 6.9 spk3 running for a while and more than 500 computers connected with Aclient working fine until now, what happen the last couple of day, some machine show up White Aclient icon rather than blue, the message is "Connection closed; Session terminated". We follow some suggestion such as checking the version of the client and restart services but stil the same problem. The last resort is restart the server and then everything comeback to normal but we still do not find out what cause this issue..
I wondering if somebody else have similar experience...and how to resolve this issue

Don't forget to download the .vbs attached to the KB and run it on your DS server. If a problem exists, it will tell you. You should be able to resolve the problem based on the results of that .vbs script, but if you have questions, you can post the 4214 text files created by 4214.vbs here and we'll take a look for you.

service conflict
Hi there,
I ran 2114 and I everything was ok, then I found out that there was a conflict in the services, where Altiris deployment server was taking over altiris express server service, this has been disable and connection are running ok
