I have a server that has installed Endpoint Protection console, I need to access this server via RDP or any other program that uses the VNC protocol, however, this only works from a host of the same segment, this connection does not work from another segment network. There is some component of the management console Endpoint Protection that may be blocking this connection.

Did you check with your firewall admin, perhaps they only allow traffic to/from a specific subnet.
If SEP was blocking, you wouldn't have any access from any segment.

I don't think SEP would be causing any issue.
You should check intervlan routing is enabled or not.It seems to be a network configuration issue.
Check event viewer, SEP logs if they are providing any info.
