Consola en Rojo: No unacknowledged notifications in the last 24 hours

En la consola de SEP 12, la parte de Security Status se encuentra en rojo y muestra el error "No unacknowledged notifications in the last 24 hours" al ver los detalles todo se encuentra en verde, me pueden ayudar a resolver este tema

Hola, ya realice el camio de formato de fecha y nada, en el primer link mensionan que se trata de un defecto del producto existe alguna manera de solucionarlo o hay que lebantar cun caso?
