Console instalation problems

Hello everyone,

I had just installed SIM in a lab and everthing seems ok. I have some problems when i try to install the console,  after i accept the certificate nothing happens... any sugesstion???

The logs from the Client itself will probably be more useful........
"C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\Symantec\Security Information Manager\logs"

What version of Java are you running?

Is the LDAPS port open from your mgmt PC to the appliance? Check with telnet (TCP636).
Try to check name resolution also (use hosts file is needed).
