    Dear  Symantec Touchdown Support

    We are facing issue with our CEO that after every few months his new contacts which he add in outlook stops synching with Touchdown HD (V8.5.00094) and phone address book on Samsung S5 phone . Kindly do let me know what Is the reason behind it and how we can resolve it.
