Hi Daniele,

In an on-premise installation, the product works as follows:

1. Request for content or app is made from the device
2. Front-end server checks if the item exists/is already cached locally
3. If the item does not exist, a request is made to the DB where the item is stored, and the item is then saved/cached on that front-end server moving forward

So, the behavior you have described is not expected and should not be occurring; the content should be available/retrievable from both FE servers. I would recommend the following:

1. Delete and re-upload the content file and test again
2. Verify the behavior is isolated to that single content file, all other content works as expected
3. Identify anything unique to that content file (what file type is it? is there anything special about that file?)
4. If the issue persists, review the following log file for the time period when the error occurs: /var/log/nukona/appstore.log
