    Hello,

    We are running CCS 11 on a virtual Win 2008 R2 server with dual 2.19 GHz processors and 16 GB of Ram. We have 1 App Server, 1 CCS Manager and the database is running on a separate database server.  The system is running slow now that more people are using it. It is to the point that we sometimes need to end the task and restart the console to start the queries or run standards.  Technical support is not able to help or give any suggestions.  They just keep telling me to keep adding resources to the server until it starts to work.  If anyone has any ideas or other suggestions that we can try to improve the performance, it would be greatly appreciated.
