Ghost Solution Suite

I have a vmdk that I would like to convert to a gho file.  I found the following link: http://www.symantec.com/connect/articles/converting-image-file-format-gho-vmdk-and-vmdk-gho and tried the command to do this but I keep getting:

ABORT: 40221, A virtual disk error occured:

Failed to open vmdk extent

I am using the latest version of symantec ghost solution suite

Anyone have any ideas on how I can get around this error?

Tell us more about your environment, size of files involved, and what your exact GSS version is.

I'm trying to do this on a 64bit system with a W3520 Quad core Xeon, it is running Windows 7 Enterprise X64 with SP1, I have plenty of free hdd space, the file I am trying to convert is 16,172,608 KB.  Is there a limit to the size of the file ghost can convert?

The exact version of the ghost is 11.5.1.2266

I did just run live update for the heck of it and it says I am up to date...
