Converting Agent installed by SEP 11 Trialware to Licensed one

We have installed SEPM11 Trial and registered in it 200 clients.
If we move to the License version then we have to uninstall the Trail
version and install the new licensed version.

    Now my question is

Q1 If we make new server with same name and IP.
    • will agent on client communicate with new server and register themselves, with the new server.
Or we will have to reinstall/push the agent package from new SEPM Server.

    • Or is there only some files which we have to change on the client machine
and then client will start communicating with the new server and register them selves.

    • Or we have to uninstall the agent from client and install the new Client Package.

      Thanks
