  • 1.  Copy Move Transfer

    Hi

     

    I have 10 pc's with symantec corp. 10.... installed. Configured for
    live update etc...

     

    I have setup a scheduled scan to run once a week, with file/folder
    exclusions, etc.

     

    Is there a way to copy those parameters, from one machine to another,
    rather than redoing it for every machine?

     

    There is no scheduled job, in the Scheduled Task folder.

     

    Where does symantec store the settings?

    Hi,

     

    All the settings are stored in Windows registry. You can export and copy the settings to other clients. For example exclusions for real-time scan are stored in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel\LANDesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion\Storages\Filesystem\RealTimeScan\NoScanDir
