I have my manager setup with this topology

    My Company
            Default Group
            MR4
            MR3
            My Domain
                   IT
                   Front offices
                   Production
                  ETC
                  ETC

I have my domain in there just so that I can Copy the clients with "green dots" to my MR4 group.   I have three computers (pntbooth1, pas272-1, norassy2) in the my domain\IT My domain\Production that will not copy to the MR4 group I am getting this error.

    Copy Conflict

Computer pntbooth1\mycomany.mydomain.com already exists in the group "My Company\MR4".

When I look in the MR4 Group there is no such computer name.  I not sure where/why I am getting this error, as this method has worked for my other 250+ clents.   What I do notice in all three of these instances that I do have a computer name simular in the MR4 Group (pntbooth2, pas272-2, norassy1) but I don't see why that would cause an issue.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Select MR 4 Group

at the bottom select the option..set display filter
select the first option show computers and users

if this does not show up.

    select search for cilents.
    select user  mode
put the computer name..u will find the client.

    --------------------
another method is , go to the client, open sep interface
    click on help and support
    click on troubleshooting
check the group name. if its in MR4 then its in user mode so u r not seeing it..
    please udpate..

    Hi,

I am attaching a screenshot for your reference. Please check the view mode and select all the options one by one and check whether these machines are reflected in case they do then you can do the needful. The clients do not reflect in all the view options therefore we need to ccheck it manually.

if you believe that there is no client in the group, try to delete the group then ad group again.
