Support has a tool, Symdelpackage ( i dont remember the exact name) once you run that, you will be able to add new package from SEPM \Packages folder

Ok, You cannot get a solution. You need to create a support case and the next tier will be having the tool to delete this. Whatever steps you take, will never be fixed.

    Hi,

Repair the SEP 12.1 RU5 SEPM using dowloaded setup files. (Part1 download)

After successful repair try to export the package again.

    Hello...

Below you will find the methode for deleting the corrept packages from the manager..even if its the lateste version, cause in this case you are not allowed to delete it or even upload a new one...

    This apllied to

    12.1 RU5

    Corrept packages

    Externel databese SQL 2008

Befor acceccing to SQL Server, stop the SEPM services on your manager.

    Connecte to SQL Management Studio

Run the Query : SELECT * FROM sem5.dbo.BINARY_FILE WHERE TYPE='ClientPackageFile'

Run the Query : DELETE FROM sem5.dbo.BINARY_FILE WHERE TYPE='ClientPackageFile'

    Done....

Now you can acces to your manager, verifi that the packages are no more avlaible...

Now you can export the packages from SEPM folder....

This methode was given by a Symantec support technicien.

It was tested and it works,

    I hope this may help...

    Thanks :)
