OS win2003 serverR2
Veritas Netbackup Server 6.5

I am restoring BMR backup of my Domain COntroller on a different hardware. while restoring the BMR backup i am facing the below error

Could not initialize configuration, Error Code = 1

1.) i also have another question, Let suppose i want to add a AUDIO card driver in the BMR driver list. how can i add the exact INF driver file bcuz there are around 15 files in the INF directory. i have selected all files one by one then i found the correct driver INF file.

2.) how can we add all drivers from the drivers CD came with the PC, is there any wizard in Veritas Netbackup who can take all the driver from the drivers CD of the PC, for the use of BMR backup restoration on a different hardware
..............................
I have found a document  which is saying that i have to add the MSD driver, how can i add the MSD? in my PC vendor CD i dont have this driver. and this driver windows auto detect when ever i install windows in my life

Not sure about the error you

Not sure about the error you are getting, is this a self restore or a DSR?

But about the other queries:
1. Why would you want to add an audio driver to the SRT? its not needed during a restore. Further, AKAIK, you wont be able to add such a driver to the SRT using the bmrsrtadm (Boot Server Assistant) tool. You could do it manually though I think by copying the inf & sys file of the driver to the SRT.
2.  Noes, this too is not possible/needed. BMR only concerns itseld with HAL, NIC, MSD & System drivers, other device drivers are not critical for a system restore and hence are not provisioned for.
3. From the device manager you could find the driver file. It will have a corresponding inf file. I think if you point the boot server assistant to the inf file, it will pick up the correct drivers.
