    Hi guys,

I've been struggeling a week with this issue.

I have created 3 seperate servers in addition to the up and running symantec deployment server:

    1 scep (2008), 1 mms server (2008)

All are updated till the latest patch, and most of the advises concerning apns an scep i've folowed up.

I think i've mostly configured everything right. The only thing that is not working is the profile issue when trying to configure an ipad (ios5).

Could someone guide me how to tackel this issue?

As far as innitialitation this is as far as the ipad would go concerning the symantec log on the ipad:

    https://kmobile.kuiken.nl/iosservices/SYMC-iOSWebService.aspx</message><date>02-03-12

    12:54</date></action> <action><message>RSS url: https://kmobile.kuiken.nl/iosservices/MobileLibraryFeedProxy.aspx?feedLanguage=en&platformId=04&platformVersion=5.0.1</message><date>02-03-12

    12:54</date></action>

I've used packetfiltering , and I could see not traffic yamming on ip level.

NOt from the ipad and not from the mms server.

What I did see is that The mms server does not even bother to query the scep server. I ques that the process does not even get to that stage yet.

What I also noticed is this error in the NT_feedback log every 5 minutes:

7865 ERROR FeedbackThread : WS APNS.GetFeedback() exception. System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall)
       at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters)
       at Odyssey.CommandService.APNS.APNSWS.GetFeedback(String siteserverid)

I cannot make up whts it all about.

and concerning the the iis log of the mms server : this is the last action the ipad symantec agent triggered:

    2012-03-02 11:58:30 W3SVC1 SRVMMS01AMNL 192.168.203.73 GET /MobileEnrollment/MobileConfig.aspx - 443 - 77.248.83.33 HTTP/1.1 Mozilla/5.0+(iPad;+CPU+OS+5_0_1+like+Mac+OS+X)+AppleWebKit/534.46+(KHTML,+like+Gecko)+Version/5.1+Mobile/9A405+Safari/7534.48.3 - - kmobile.kuiken.nl 200 0 0 2725 371 265

How can I analyse what is going wrong?

    Regards,

    Robler

This did not resolve the issue.

I am at the moment tryingen to get the MMS SSL certificate getting signed by symantec.

Maybe this is the issue? currently the SSL supported certificate has not been signed by symantec

What error do you see on the iOS device ?

Using "iPhone Configuration Utility" collect the device logs, it will give you more details which part of the process fails.

At the moment there are no enough information for troubleshooting.

I noticed that the mdmconfig.mobileconfig file in the "symantec\mobile management\mobilemanagement\" folder is empty (0kb). This allthough I configure the ios mdm enrollment configuration.

This probably explanes the error installing the profile .

Could someone tell me why its empty??
