Could not start NetBackup services, so could not start with backups

Hi,

I am trying to install NetBackup 7.5 evaluation copy. Not able to install Master Server on windows 2008 machine, as its disabled in setup. Please provide me the exact setup for Master Server. Please find attached screenshot.

So I continue installation with available option i.e. NetBackup Remote Administration Console.

Also, successfully installed client on Windows 7 machine.

After successfull installation, trying to start services, Netbackup Service Monitor, Netbackup Event Manager, Netbackup Service Layer from Services. But giving error message as "Could not start _____ service on Local Computer. Error 1053."

Also tried below option. But no luck.

C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin>bpup.exe -f -v

Please provide me appropriate solution.

You need a valid evaluation license key, until you have this you will be unable to install the master server.

You need to contact a Symantec reseller / Symantec Sales to obtain a test key.

So, your problem is with Master server installation, not starting services!
