    Navigate to add/remove programs

remove all the versions of java

    reboot

    open Internet explorer

    http://SEPM Servername:9090

this will install the correct version of Java

    then open the console again

Agree with Rafeeq, Remove the installed Java Version and reinstall it again using weblink.
