    contect folder size is endless (16 GB)

     

    I had already follow http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH96214 article 

     

    now i want manully clear the data under the content folder , 

     

    what are the deta i need kept ? 

    what are the deta i can delet ?

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Symantec community.

    How many content revisions are set to keep? If folders deleted manually they may repopulate again.

    It's not recommended to delete those folders manually.

    Could you please attach the screenshot of Content folder?

    whats the content revision you have set?

    and what changes have you made?

    do not delete anything manually, setting the configuration from the article you refererred is suggested, you need to wait for a day for changes to take into effect.

    How many content revisions are set to keep :- before it was 10 now i make it 3 only 

    Could you please attach the screenshot of Content folder? :- please check attechment

    if you have configured it for 10 , this will take efect after midnight.

    After making changes in content revisions you need to wait 24 hours to see the desired result.

    By looking at screenshot I am thinking why 16th July'2013 folders are there? Might be due to corruption.

    However let's monitor it for next 24 hours.
