    Hi,

Can you post which process use high utilization ?

If ccSvcHst.exe process goes high this issue fixed on SEP 12.1.2

High CPU usage of ccSvcHst.exe process

    Fix ID: 2707848
Symptom: The Symantec Endpoint Protection service (ccSvcHst.exe) consumes 100% of one CPU during a scan.
Solution: Modified the Decomposer component to prevent a condition where the scanner could become stuck on a malformed archive file

New fixes and enhancements in Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 2

What's the exact version you're running? Make sure it is 12.1 RU3.

Is the CPU constantly running at 100%? Maybe you have a startup scan enabled or something.

    follow these two steps

    • Stop the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager service

    •  Set the following two registry values:

    HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\semsrv\Parameters\
    JVM Option Number 0=-Xms256m
    JVM Option Number 1=-Xmx512m

    • Start the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager service.

    2) open the conf.properties file and
