we have installed sepm in VM with 6 core cpu BUT utilization is consumed in one cpu alone and it is not getting shared to remaing 5 cpu, due to which server spikes at 85% of cpu utilization kindly let us know how to share the cpu utilization for all the 6 cpu .

What's the exact version? Is this constant or only during content downloads?

version is 12.1 RU4. It is constant. please let us know how to utilize the remaining 5 CPU

thanks for sharing the document. but that does not help us. We have already done the configuration, but we want to know why the utilization is not getting getting shared to other cpu.

I don't believe there is anything else relevant for this from the Symantec side. May want to log a support case...

is it the symantec process not getting shared ? or all the processes do not share?

What if you uninstall SEP, does it share then?
