  • 1.  Create network boot using Ghost Boot Wizard with Dell Optiplex 740 SATA optical drive

    I used Ghost Boot Wizard, selected Network boot package for Dell Optiplex 740 SATA optical drive. Received boot from CD boot failure. Please help.

    Forgot to mention I downloaded the NIC driver from Broadcom site (Broadcom 57xx)

    Steps to create:

    1-Open Ghost boot wizard

    2-Select Network boot package 

    3-Click on Add button on left hand side, select NDIS2 DRIVER, click OK

    4-At template screen Browse to where the Broadcom NIC DOS driver located (B57.dos)

    5-Use default selection to created ISO image, burn and boot received

    Boot from CD:
    1. HD System Type-(00)

    Always-always pays to tell what version of the product are you using please.

    I assume you use GSS 2.5. Please run Live update and update Ghost boot wizard to build 2125.
