I have a test enviornment for Servicedesk 7.1 and I have a bunch of test incidents but I want to start fresh with new test incidents but I don't want to loose all

my customizations with in Workflow and Servicedesk. What is the easiest way to dump the database and create a new one.

    Thanks

Unfortunatly there isn't, since a lot of other things are stored in the database as well (permissions, groups, users, reports, etc). I would suggest to close all the open test incidents. Your customized work flows can be re-published, so if you didn't made to much changes in the portal, document all your changes and do a re-install, name the database "processmanager_new" that why you can still look at the orginal database.

Just closing the incidents is the easiest way.

Backing up the customized projects, re-installing (the same version) and republishing the previously backed up projects is the recommended way at this point.
