I had some content policies which create incidents for approval in Symantec Brightmail Gateway 8 before.
After upgrading to 9.0, those policies are not working as expected anymore.
During the upgrade, my old incident folder was converted as a quarantine folder, and the actions in the policies are updated as "Create quarantine incident".
But in fact it's created as informational incidents in the default "Informational Incidents" folder and the mail is delivered normally instead of being held for approval.
I've tried to create another "quarantine folder" and a new policy. And it still create "informational incidents".
Anybody helps?
