  • 1.  Create Ticket on SD 7 with Webform

    Hi,

    I've a Workflow based on Web Forms which should create a ServiceDesk Ticket automatically and wait for status. I know there is a Component for the Version 6.5. What do I need to do that it works with Version 7 (ServiceDesk)?

    All the Systems I use are seperatly and my Infrastructure looks like

    1 NS Server
    1 ServiceDesk Server
    1 Workflow Server
    1 Designer installed on my Workstation

    Does anybody know how to do this?

    I'm now able to generate a webservice and using the component createIncidentsimple. But when I try run the workflow in debugmode the following error appears.

       Error Details
    Error Message:
    '', hexadecimal value 0x07, is an invalid character. Line 4285, position 46.
     

    How can I solve this Problem?
