    Hi guys,

Have anyone found the "create ticket" component in WF7?

I used this component in 6.5, but now in my new WF7 i can't find it.

Does anyone hav any suggestion where i can find it?

    Micael,
the Create Ticket component is definitely in WF 7. I use it quite heavily. If you do a search on " create ticket" in the toolbox under the components tab (on the left side of the designer) you should be able to find it. It is also in the Symantec->SMP->helpdesk->tickets container.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks for your reply,

I can find a "create ticket and wait for status" component, but that is not what i'm after.

    Hmm,
There should be like 32 components in that container. Not sure what's up here.

Components that apply to NS 6s will be hidden unless you have an NS6 registered in your NS credentials tool. If you add an NS6, and reload the project, NS6 components should appear. It does NOT have to be the default.

The applicable NS7 component would be the Submit Incident component in ServiceDesk.

    Hi,

You need to import the components from the custom library SD.Components.dll

    Cheers
