Use Ghost Boot Wizard, select a boot pacakge, run through the process and select 'Create ISO image' option with 'Support for creating bootable CDs/DVDs' ticked. Then burn ISO onto a CD.

If the error you're experiencing has to do with a boot message, try creating another boot CD using the other Dos version  (PC-Dos/MS-Dos) as some BIOS works with one and not the other.

Otherwise it may be helpful if you gave more information on what you're doing and what happens when it does not boot.

Skip the Ghost Boot Wizard, and just use your own favorite CD writing program (Nero, Roxio, etc.)  Once you have a bootable CD made using one of these programs (even if the only thing the CD does is boot DOS and then just sit there at the DOS prompt) then your battle is mostly done.  Frankly, I've found making a bootable CD harder than actually getting the Ghost stuff to work. :)

Once you have that bootable CD working in Nero/Roxio/EasyCDCreator/etc then edit the CD.  Copy over all thef files from a standard boot floppy (GHOST.EXE, NIC drivers, etc...) without stomping on any existing file already on theCD, and usually that works for me.  It'll all depend on what burning program you use, I suppose.

The make bootable CD in GBW is ok.  I've found it works some times, and not others.  Dunno if it's my OS, the CD+/-R(W) media or drive I have, etc.  Usually if it works in Windows it seems to work in GBW, but I've long since have moved to using CD-burning software for that purpose, and leave Ghost to just "do Ghost stuff".

As mentioned, more info on what happens (or doesn't happen) when you make and use that CD would be good to have.

    Good luck,
    PH
