  • 1.  Creating custom form with multiple email addresses

    This is an interesting little project. I can work it out in my head and on paper but I am just not familiar enough with all of the components in workflow to get it working correctly.

    I am trying to come up with a form that our service staff can use to enter an simple announcement and then click send (that's the easy part). The sending is where it gets tricky. We want to be able to send a text to the staff's phones through AT&T's texting service (@txt.att.net). What I was trying to do was to add the additional email accounts to each user's record in ProcessManager first. Then, in the workflow get the members of the ProcessManager Group and send the email to each user's secondary (or tertiary...) email account that includes the @txt.att.net. Sounds simple but I just can't seem to get it down.

    Hopefully someone out there has some pointers that will help!

    Confusing, I know but I did figure this out. I don't think that its the prettiest thing in the world and I am sure there are probably easier ways to take care of the same issue but it is working. I will try to post the workflow either here or on the group pages as soon as I can!
