    Hello all

My site has Exchange 2003 and Symantec EP for SB. We do not have Symanctec gateway appliance..  We are getting bobarded with spam which the header has marked as RDNS failed.

How do I filter those as spam ?

    Thanks

    Hal,

Since these messages all have a subject line that contains the same word, you should consider creating a content filtering rule to block the messages that have RDNS in the subject line.

You can find the steps on creating custom Content Filtering rules in the Implementation Guide for SMSMSE.
