When I create a report, i want people to beable to click on the incident id and open the ticket. currently it is greyed out. when it works its blue.
make sure the option "include process actions" is checeked. its on the left hand side when creating reports under process management.
I have had better luck with having users copy templates, it hoses the permissions less.
It seems you cant make an arbitrary field a link and only the fields it wants them to be ( like in the process data )
