I have an existing workflow that I'm pulling in servicedesk 7 incident information. I'm wondering if there is a way to create a hyperlink to a ticket within a form to the ticket in question. I have the tracking ID and process ID for the tickets in question. Is there a way I could use either to merge in some text to create the link?
I don't have the components exact names off the top of m head, but if you look at how the email notices are generated, they do a merge-text and create hyperlinks in those.
