Creating new computer in older version of Deployment Server is not supported" (DS 6.9 SP1)

I'm receiving this error now, as are all other users - when trying to add new computers in the DS web console (the only console our 2nd line has access to). Also receiving similar error's when anyone tries to edit a task in the web console.
Has anyone run into anything similar?

I think perhaps the problem has arisen after the hotfix in article 44109 has been applied. Though naturally going back to the previous versions of this .dll is not an option as that means DS is completely unusable.

We have upgraded in last
We have upgraded in last January from DS 6.8 to DS 6.9 SP1 and we installed the Maintenance Pack MP1 directly afterwards. The issue still comes up on one of our DS Web Console. The strange thing is that on anothe Deploynent Server with same upgrade procedure the issues does not come up. Any help on this issue please?
