    I would like to add a generic user account (non client administrator) to SEE

     

    Is there a command line option to complete this process?

    What is your use case for wanting to do this?

    But I like your line of thinking.  For my part, I'd like to know if there is a method to programmatically add/change/delete client administrator accounts.   Doing if via deploying a new client package or group policy is extremely cumbersome.
