This issue has been solved. See solution.

When I import software that has a large installer (over a gig in size) the error log on the server has the following:

"failed to compute MD5 hash for file"

This happens whether I use the existing UNC path or import it into the software library

Is there something I need to adjust on the server to resolve this?
