We do have the schema, however as this is a very sensitive portion of the product I would go directly to your Symantec rep to ensure NDAs and confidentiality is maintained. The DB itself is not overly complex and internal documentation does exists. Is there a specific function you are trying to perform, such as a query or action, that we may be able to assist on this board?

What are you specifically looking for?

Most times that I get requests for the schema it's related to a request to export data out of the CSP db and into another store.  In most cases, due to the 'value' flex fields, it's easier to pull the data from one of the views as opposed to directly from the table (so you get the right field labels).
