CRL Error when trying to install Management Solution SP2

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I am trying to install Symantec System Recovery 2011 Management Solution x64 SP2 (10.0.2) via Symantec Installation Manager on a Windows Server 2008 R2, but get a CRL readiness check problem and cannot contine.
I have tried the fixes in both these articles, but have not helped:
- Resolving the Certificate Revocation List (CRL) lookup performance issue
- About the Install Readiness Check for Certificate Revocation List access
Our systems are behind a proxy. We can ping crl.microsoft.com
Any ideas?

Hi Oliver Bucki,
It seems that you are running SIM on a OS with a different language than English. If that is the case try to switch your Regional and Language Settings to English and rerun the readiness check. If this doesn´t solve the CRL error try the following:
To enable the Next button if any of the install Readiness checks fail:
Add the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Altiris\AIM\InstallReadinessCheck\
to the registry. Create a DWord called EnableNextbutton and set the value
to 1.
The second is not a solution it´s more a workaround...
Hope this helps.

THANK YOU Network23! Yes, we are running a German version. I changed my Regional and Language settings to English and re-ran SIM as administrator. I was able to install SP2!
Thanks again
