Can I use wildcards in cube filters in the version of IT Analytics in 7.6? If I want to use the Installed Software cube and filter using 'Software Product - Name' for Internet Explorer*, is this possible? I would check each version induvidually once they come up in the search results, but I don't understand why the search field is only allowing explicit strings.

When I use the search field within a filter I have to know the exact name, or I have to painfully scroll through the pages and pages of software?!?

I've found another way how to get a list of computers for appropriate version of Interner Explorer

1. Open "Installed Files" Cube with OWC

2. Add there these columns: "File - Name" , "File - Product Name", "File - Product Version", "Computer - Name".

• Click dropdown menu for "File - Name" field ⇒ Uncheck "All" and check only "iexplorer.exe"

Now you can filter out list of all client computers where is installed appropriate version of I.E.
