Cube ID not updating when contact name is changed

Does anyone know of such a rule I can create or to check to see why altiris isn't updating the Cube ID when a contact name changes? Thanks!

What version of Helpdesk are you running? I do not see a Cube ID field under Contacts. I do know that when a contact is added if there is a phone number within the Contact Information it will display.

I'm not 100% sure but I think

I'm not 100% sure but I think it's Altiris 10. The Cube ID isn't in the contact field through Altiris but Altiris is supposed to pull the information through active directory.. It does pull information from a incoming email (cube ID's) but when you change the contact, the cube ID stays the same... That caused problems with the technicians going to the wrong cube ID's.
