For several months now, I have experienced multiple CUI.exe crashes, sometimes daily ... took me a while to narrow down the trigger conditions. From what I have found, this behavior is only exhibited when browsing certain web sites with 64 bit Firefox (Nightly), usually ones that contain Flash or other plug-in extensions, like IE Tab. Effects range from annoying (3 or more crash dialogs shown) to frustrating (CUI.exe repeatedly crashes without notification, and blocks system use for seconds at a time until browser is terminated or system is retarted ... I suspect the CUI.exe restart process steals focus from whatever application I am using). I reported my errors to my company MIS department, but their response was basically "use another browser" ... I think this is a bug that should be fixed. Has anyone else had problems with 64 bit Firefox browsers and DLP software? Probably not a lot I can do as an end user (other than use a different browser), but does anyone have any ideas how I can get this fixed?
