  • 1.  Custom CM Workflow not staying in SDCM table

I have created a completely new change management workflow that is populating the current servicedeskchangemanagement table as well as some custom table that I generated.  I noticed that when i complete the custom change workflow that all of the information in the servicedeskchangemanagement table is removed but my custom table as well as the process tables are still populated with the data.  This does not occurr on the default change management workflow.  Once a change is completed using the default CM workflow the sdcm table is still populated.  What is causing this?  The only thing i can tell that is different is the default workflow has a "Work Queue Service Name" and a "Work Status Service Name" box under the Publishing tab of the workflow properties.  My custom workflow does not have these boxes to even populate.

Anyone have an idea on this?  I know it should work because the default SD.ChangeManagement workflow will stay populated in the Servicedeskchangemanagement table once the workflow is completed.  Mine will populate the table but it is quickly removed from the servicedeskchangemanagement table once the workflow is completed.
