    Hi,

     

    How can we create rule for Custom file type detection rules ad few file type not added in default DLP policy file type.

    If I'm understanding the question correctly - this query pertains to applications like safari.exe (not part of the default rule template)?

    It is recommended to use "Application Monitoring Feature" for such cases

    When it comes to DLP Agents, we can enable or disable Application Monitoring in the agent configuration. When application monitoring is enabled, all the applications listed in the application monitoring  list with their respective selected channels are monitored.
