Jimmy,

create a simple custom report using the following tables:

INV_AEX_AC_Identification for pcname, username, osname

INV_Aex_HW_Memory for memory

Inv_AeX_HW_Logical_Disk for free disk space

MS Office is actually one or more separate programs (Word, Excel etc). You're better concentrating on one of these using Inv_AeX_SW_Audit_Software_spt as a guide?

Jimmy,

I can help you with the Office portion but you'll have to do some work. You'll have to create a View within the Altiris database. Let me know if you're up for that and I'll post the relevant info.

You'll end up with a report that looks like this:

Office 2000 Professional 28

Office 2000 Small Business Edition 1

Office 2000 Standard 59

Office 97 Professional 10

Office Enterprise 2007 1

Office Professional 2007 1

Office Professional Edition 2003 93

Office Professional Plus 2007 13

Office Small Business Edition 2003 4

Office Standard 2007 17

Office Standard Edition 2003 257

Office XP Developer 1

Office XP Professional 211

Office XP Professional w/ FrontPage 35

Office XP Standard 1152

with drilldown capabilities.
