Custom Reporting(SP3 Status)

Hi Everyone
I am using Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 MR4MP1 in my organization I have a query, i want to get a report which have info about PCs service pack .
Connected to this "is there any procedure exist to make browse custom reports from Report Tab"
When i am using a report type "computer status" and in select a report "client inventory" then i see OS info,free space etc but no info about Service pack
Note:-In groups i can see Service pack column in client view
Is there any method exist
pls assist

Hi,
I suppose you can pull that information from logs.
Choose Monitors-> Logs and select a 'Computer Status' report which would give you a list of all the computers connected to SEPM. You can then select 'Export' and save the log. Open it with a spreadsheet and I guess that will give you all the info you need.
