We are looking for a report which would tell us
for all archived collections
how many cab's we have and how many are on secondary storage as well as how many have actually been recalled as well

The only way you can get this is to write a SQL script. I don't use collections so cant help you out on that one.

i can figure the collections
i can figure the collections and identifying ones which are on secondary
but cannot find the part that sets the expiry date and time for the archcab after the recall
