Customer support portal?

Hi ForumFolks

I seem unable to get anything sensible from the portal. Anyone else getting any joy?

I've already re-registered but if I try and access an existing case I have no option but to fill in all the damned registration fields yet again.

V. poor.

I'd similar issue, tried opening support case but my perception went wrong to front end caller. Didn't hear back from them

It's bit hectic to re-registering everytime

and how to video has shown everything proper, but when we try to follow same, we can't get rid of this annoyance, instead if only cases are to be managed, for same we get no option to skip this form and check case history

Well it could be just you and me with the problem capt. jack, but I doubt it.

I asked a Symantec support person to get the portal folks to get in touch...heard nothing back.

Dont Symantec care? Seemingly not.
