    I'm trying to make the customer survey set to auto login but I'm not sure what I need to add to the survey workflow.

    Are you trying to take them straight to the survey form without having them view the incident and clicking on the survey link? They should logging in automatically using the AD pass-thru when they view the incident.

    Yes, I'm trying to take them straight to the survey form without having them view the incident and clicking on the survey link. So I'm trying to add AD pass through to the SD.CustomerServiceSurvey form but I'm not sure what I need to add. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

     

    Reecardo- yes I know IE is the only one which works have told my users :)

    You'd  have to change the link in the email that is sent out from ProcessViewerPageURL to ResponsePageLink in the SD.IncidentManagment project and then possibly have to modify the SD.CustomerServiceSurvey to bypass the ProcessManager Login. I can write an article up for you if you get stuck but it should be easy to do.

    To add to what Aryanos is saying... AD passthrough will only work when using IE. You're out of luck with Firefox, Chrome, etc.

    That would be really cool. I have the LinkToSurvey there but I don't see ResponsePageLink in the list.

    It's in the SD.IncidentManagement project -> Customer Confirm Resolution model -> Survey Task -> Event Configuration -> Start Process -> Thank you Body component where you have to make the change. It will be on the list on the left when you edit the merge data

    So I have customized the Customer confirmation model. We didn't want users to have to confirm that their ticket had been resolved and made it go stright to closed. I can e-mail you the model so you can see what we have done.

    Are you still having issues with the change? You just need to edit the email that is sent out to the survey so it's still in the Survey Task component but you need to test it as it may ask you for the login prompt if you already haven't been logged into the Process Manager. If that's the case then you have to do a customization on the SD.CustomerServiceSurvey project to bypass it.

    Did you try publishing and testing it out first to see if it works first? Test it out with multiple people to see if users get a login prompt (I think they probably will but just confirm it). If they do I'll write up an article on how   to do the customization.

    It has been tested and confirmed users get the login screen and have to manually login.

    Thank you so much for the articles. I will get them in and tested. We just went live today with servicedesk so I have been extremely busy. We turned off Surveys for the time being.
