Can i done Customization in SEPM reporting. if yes, please provide the inputs on the same

All report it's predefined you can't customize

You cannot customize the data, you can only create and add filters to pull the data you would like to see.

If you're good with SQL, you can create your own queries from that perspective.

If you look at IT Analytics, there is some customization there that be done with reporting cubes.
