My users arrive 2-3 mail every day in cyrillic. The brightmail not filtered this mail.
I open the case in symantec but They not risolve my problem.
I send many mails to support center.
Any person have my problem? Any help me?

We have a Brightmail 6.0.5 for windows. It installed in windows 2003 Server.
We check 10-15 mail and We watch that all have a particolar: "X-Mailer: The Bat! "

The best thing to do in this instance is:
1. Ensure you are following this KB and submitting any suspected FPs or suspected missed spam items.
2. Open a case with our support team.
