DA8 - Search & review
I'm fairly new to DA and tyring to setup a few of our users to begin using it. I have a couple questions relating to assigning items for review and permissions:
1.) If you already accepted a search and when prompted did not assign a user for Review -- how do you go back after the fact and assign it to someone? I hope you don't have to do the search again...
2.) How do Review permissions work in DA? Say I have User A and User B. User A is basically a Case Admin...they can create cases, do searches, run production, etc. What roles & permissions do I setup for User B to only have rights to review items that User A assigns to them?
3.) When I go under Role Assignment, find a user, and click 'Add Role' - only Application roles show up as available options. Where & how do you apply the case and folder roles?

Brian, As Tony said the steps

As Tony said the steps are a little different between DA 8 and pre DA8 because pre DA8 the DA interface was web based where as in DA8 the product moved to a fat client.
These answers should be in the reviewers guide as well as the installation guide both come with the DA installation.

You can assign items from the Review Assignment page:

Click Revew Assignment, highlight the Reviewer, choose the number of items, click Apply

--User B needs at least Reviewer permissions

--Under Roles, Click New. in the Scope field click the down arrow and choose Case. The help button will give you more information.
