  • 1.  Dagent 6.9.496 (x86) dont send logged on user information

    After upgrding to Deployment Solution 6.9 SP5 MR1 and Dagent updates, Windows 7 workstations stopped sending logged on user information. Servers and WinXP workstations still show this information. I have tried to remove and change the value of userinfointerval key in Windows registry but it keeps resetting and the problem continues.

    Anybody solved the problem?

    Is Terminal Services disabled?

    It needs to be enabled to send logged on user data.

    The service is running "Termservice".

    The problem was that express.exe was not the latest version. Thanks to Symantec support.
