Dagent is crashing packaging server using all UDP ports
Since we've uptated our DAgents (6.9.453)(x64) the DAgent service is crashing our packaging servers.
we figured out that all UDP sessions are reserved by the DAgent process:
UDP 0.0.0.0:1029 *:* 18216
UDP 0.0.0.0:1030 *:* 18216
UDP 0.0.0.0:1032 *:* 18216
UDP 0.0.0.0:1033 *:* 18216
UDP 0.0.0.0:1034 *:* 18216
UDP 0.0.0.0:1037 *:* 18216
UDP 0.0.0.0:1040 *:* 18216
UDP 0.0.0.0:1041 *:* 18216
UDP 0.0.0.0:1043 *:* 18216
up to
UDP 0.0.0.0:64000 *:* 18216
Now the Process ID 18216 (in this case) is the Dagent service which don't release the blocked ports.
On this spezial location I just have 5 PCs. No packages are deployed since weeks/months.
This issue affects our "Packaging/Fileserver" so noone can access the shares on our fileserver:
Our provider is searching for a solution since 3 months!!! I hope that some can help me.
PSPS: The workaround is to DAILY restart the DAgent-Service. This is not really usable for us -> 14 Packaging-Server around the world with different pepole who are providing PCs and applications to our users.
