DAgent service status: connection closed, session terminated

Hello. Im trying to image xp with altiris, i get passed the pxe boot and it starts to load windows, but halts at a page (see attached screens) then shuts down and restarts,
The xp is a virtual machine in vmware workstation, ive added the line to the .vmx file
ethernet0.virtualDev="e1000"
ive attached a screen shot of the point that i get to.

Drivers to PEimage
Hi,
I think you are missing scsi driver from your WinPE image.
You should found needed drivers from your VMware program files.
Examble \program files\VMware\VMware Tools\Drivers\scsi\2008-32
Install those to your PXE (WinPE image)

Hi, i did this and it still didnt work, but it worked when i put the driver on for pro1000, or maybe it was a combination of the 2.

I get this same issue now
I get this same issue now with windows 7, it just give the same error as above then closes, any idea what i could be missing, ive added all the vmware drivers to the .wim and im sure i have the correct network card drivers too.
is there any place i can look for additional info to help troubleshoot errors with the dagent this?
with a fresh deploy into a VM do i need to create a task to format the disk first?, with WDS server, the windows would format the disk before u can choose an image to deploy, so maybe this is why i cant drop the image to the vm.
